Troubleshooting EPP Code Issues

🔹 Can’t Find the “Get EPP Code” Option?
Ensure the domain is eligible for transfer. Domains registered or transferred within the last 60 days may be locked.

🔹 Didn’t Receive the Code by Email?
Check your spam/junk folder. Also, ensure your account’s email address is up to date in the Profile section.

🔹 Getting a Domain Lock Error?
You may need to disable domain protection first. Go to Transfer Lock and turn it off before requesting the domain authentication code/EPP code.

FAQs

  • Can I transfer my domain immediately after getting the code?

Yes, if your domain is more than 60 days old and unlocked, you’re good to go.

  • Is there a fee for getting the EPP code?

No, NinzaHost provides your authentication code free of charge.

  • Can I cancel the transfer after sharing the code?
