Steps to View and Pay Your Invoice from Client Area

Paying your invoice with NinzaHost is a quick and secure process. Just follow the steps below to stay up to date with your payments.


Step 1: Log in to the NinzaHost Client Area

  • Visit NinzaHost and click the Login button.

  • Enter your registered email and password.

  • Click Login to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Go to “Invoices” Section

  • From the Client Area dashboard, click on the Billing tab and select Invoices from the sidebar.

  • This section will display a list of all your invoices—both paid and unpaid.

Step 3: View Invoice Details

  • Find the invoice you wish to pay.

  • Click on the Invoice Number or the View Invoice button next to it.

  • At the top of the invoice page, you’ll see a Pay Now and View Now button.

  • Complete the payment securely.

🎉 Once the payment is successful, your invoice will be marked as Paid, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.


Troubleshooting Invoice & Payment Issues

🔹 Can’t Find Your Invoice?
Make sure you’re logged in with the correct client account. Also, check the My Invoices section for filters like “Unpaid” or “Paid.”

🔹 Payment Failed?
Check your card or UPI details and try again. You can also use a different method.

🔹 Invoice Already Paid?
If payment is completed but the invoice still shows unpaid, refresh the page or contact support to verify.

🔹 Need a Downloadable Copy?
Click the Download PDF button at the top of the invoice to save or print it.

  • Can I pay for multiple invoices at once?

    Currently, payments must be made one invoice at a time for proper service tracking.

  • Will I get a payment receipt?

    Yes! You’ll receive an email confirmation, and you can always download the invoice receipt from the Client Area.

  • Can I change my payment method after selecting one?

    Yes, as long as you haven’t completed the payment. Simply go back to the invoice and choose another method.
